Store in an airtight jar at room temperature for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months. If frozen, let it sit for 5–10 minutes before serving so the fruit softens. Coconut oil gives a rich flavor, while olive oil makes it more savory and light. Maple syrup adds a deeper caramel-like note, honey will make it sweeter and chewier. For extra crunch: Bake a little longer (up to 26 minutes), but keep an eye to avoid burning. Make it clumpy: Don’t stir at all while baking, just press down firmly once before baking.
