Love this class! I really loved the longer splits series but this one is a really like maintenance class when I am focusing on other training and can’t commit to the multi-day splits training. Thank you

I'd aim for consistency without overdoing it, maybe 3-4 times a week with rest days in between. Listen to your body, and you'll get deeper into your splits safely!
