1. Sleep early, get up early. I always find it so so hard to go to bed early even when I’m super tired. This results in being tired the next day, even if I can get up early. I believe that my next day is set up by the time I go to bed and this month I want to make a deliberate choice to go to bed between 9-10pm (I’m wiring this at 9:53pm so let’s see if I can keep this promise!) 2. Eat slow to connect to my body and mind. Move from mindless eating to mindful eating where I’m attuned to how my body feels while I eat to “hear” how much more I need and what kinds of food would make feel good. 3. Write in my diary. It always makes me feel more connected with myself. No need for prompts or anything special, just my stream of thought of whatever comes to mind on that moment.

I love this SO much. I agree with you about going to bed early. I was never able to do that before kids and after having them, I COLLAPSE between 9:30 and 10:30 and it has had such an impact on my life, that early bedtime. You can do this ❤️ I also love the mindful eating intention and journaling.

It is motivating and exciting to read the intentions/goals from others, because it reminds me of coming back to it. My goal for October is to go deeper in flexibility & posture training as well as to nourish my body with proper healthy food. So, my arrow of intention was shot 🎯

I just finished writing my intentions as well. One of them is waking up early, because it makes me feel energized, more productive, and alert. Meditation and discipline are always on my list, and I renew my intentions to stick with them! Thank you so much for sharing yours! Loved reading each line.🤍🤍
